Mentoring Songwriting Seminar I am the author of The Professional Songwriter: Songwriting, Recording and Making Money with Your Music. I have also written for several music magazines. I earned a Doctor of Musical Arts in Composition from the Boyer College of Music and Dance where I also served as a Lecturer in Jazz Studies, Composition, and Music Theory. Additionally, I have served on the faculties of Rowan University, and Pennsylvania State University, and am a frequent presenter and panelist at regional and national music conferences. I offer private half-hour and hour coaching sessions at my Cherry Hill, New Jersey recording studio, and via Zoom or FaceTime. I also present master classes at schools and conferences. In coaching sessions and master classes, I work with musicians who aspire to advance their careers in the areas of: songwriting composing producing arranging, and music business Song Review In one-on-one, in-person, or video sessions, I work with songwriters to refine and polish their songs. We work on lyric direction, musical form, arrangement, production and more. Production Review If you are planning a new record production, or you have already begun one, I can work with you to create a release-quality record instead of just another demo. Business Plan Review You’ve just made a great recording. That’s the fun part we all love. Now what? How you get your recording into the ears of unsuspecting strangers can determine your career path.
